SNOW REMOVAL PROGRAM
1. Services Provided
Contractor agrees to provide professional snow and ice management services at the Client’s service address, including:
Snow blowing of driveways and designated access areas
Snow Blowing or shoveling of walkways and entryways
De-icing and salting of sidewalks, walkways, entryways, and driveways as needed
Ice monitoring and treatment between storms as necessary or requested
Service areas are defined in the Service Area Description (Site Map and/or written description provided with your agreement).
2. Service Triggers
Services will be performed under one of the following conditions:
2-Inch Trigger: Automatic service upon snowfall accumulation of 2 inches (measured at Pease International Airport at Portsmouth NH).
Zero Tolerance: Ice monitoring and treatment without measurable snowfall.
Contractor will make reasonable efforts to begin service within 24 hours after trigger conditions are met.
3. Term of Agreement
This Agreement begins on 03/01/2026 and terminates on 04/30/2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
Seasonal contracts typically cover the period from December 1 through April 30, unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Compensation
Option A – Seasonal Flat Rate
Included Services:
Snow-blowing of driveway
Clearing of two (2) walkways/entryways
Salting and sanding
Seasonal Rate:
$100.00 for the remainder of the season
(Payable in one installment)
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, Client agrees to:
Mark all curbs, fire hydrants, utilities, and obstacles prior to snowfall
Remove vehicles from service areas during snow events (or elect alternate service options)
Notify Contractor of hazardous conditions or special concerns
Maintain proper drainage and surface conditions
Contractor is not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed objects.
6. Limitation of Liability
Contractor shall not be liable for:
Slips, falls, or accidents occurring before or after service completion
Re-freezing due to weather changes
Damage caused by hidden obstacles or improperly maintained surfaces
Contractor’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for services during the current season.
7. Insurance
Contractor maintains:
Commercial General Liability Insurance
Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
8. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Contractor from claims arising from:
Improper site conditions
Failure to disclose hazards
Client negligence
9. Force Majeure
Contractor is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment breakdown, labor shortages, or governmental restrictions.
10. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with seven (7) days written notice.
If terminated early:
Client agrees to pay for services rendered through the termination date
Seasonal contracts may be prorated at Contractor’s discretion
Additional Services & Products (Exhibit A)
Clients may request additional services each storm at the following rates:
Clear decks or patios: $0.14 per sq. ft.
Additional path to shed or outbuilding: $10.00
Additional path to oil or propane fill: $10.00
Clear sidewalks: TBD
Clear off vehicle and/or move vehicle to clear driveway: $10.00 per vehicle
Ice melt product other than sand & salt: TBD
Additional custom service: Priced upon request

This is a great program being offered to you. If you need your driveway & walkways cleared and an ice management program then don't miss out on this. I don't know of any other company or snow removal service offering anything like our program at this price being offered to you. Another option to this program is if you have your driveway plowed by someone else then we can clear your walkways and entryways and do an ice management program for you. So call or email us today. At this time the area of coverage for the snow removal program is limited to the following cities & towns: Dover, Rollinsford, Rochester, Somersworth, Durham, Madbury & Newington. The program in the future may get expanded to include other cities & towns.
Restrictions to this program: This program is offered to single family residences. No commercial properties will be accepted. Two-family homes with separate entrances and driveways may be considered.

How It Works
!st: A phone call is made to discuss your needs and also so a general idea of what your property consist of. We'll make an appointment to view your property.
2nd. A walk through of your of your property that needs to be cleared and determine any additional services needed and their costs.
3rd. A contract is signed and payment made for services
4th. Your Snow Removal & Ice Management Program begins the following day.
5th. Sit back, have a Hot Toddy and relax. We've got your snow removal covered.
Definitions
Listed below are some definitions and explanations of services.
Driveway: A driveway is considered to be 3 cars deep by 2 cars wide or about 15'x40'
Walkway/Entryway: A walkway or Entryway is considered 2'x25' to a door or stairs.
Stairs & Platforms: Stairs are considered to 3-4 steps with an average platform of 4'x4'. These are included in the services at no extra charge. Stairs with over 5 steps with a platform or porch is at an cost
Decks, Porches & Patio's: Are considered larger than a platform and cost extra to clear.
