ABOUT US
Who are we and what are we about?
We’re all about making your life easier. Our handyman services are built on reliability, quality workmanship, and honest service you can count on. Whether it’s a small repair, a home improvement project, or routine maintenance, we take pride in doing the job right the first time. We are also a local, veteran-owned handyman services company built on integrity, reliability, and years of hands-on experience. We take pride in serving our community with dependable workmanship and attention to detail you can trust
We believe every home and business deserves skilled care, clear communication, and fair pricing. That means showing up on time, respecting your space, and treating every project—big or small—with the same level of attention and professionalism. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to take the stress out of repairs and improvements, so you can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained space with confidence.
We are fully insured. Our insurance coverage places limitations on exterior projects to single-level homes. Specifically, tasks such as gutter work, exterior painting, and window washing and others are restricted under our policy. These limitations are in place to manage risk and ensure compliance with safety and liability requirements. As a result, we are unable to perform or approve certain exterior services, even on one-level homes, when they fall outside of what our insurance allows. We appreciate your understanding, as these restrictions help protect both our team and our clients while ensuring we operate within the scope of our coverage.
HOW OUR CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS WORK
1. Verbal Agreement: A verbal agreement is an informal contract where All Seasons handyman Services and their client agree on the scope of work, price, and timeline through spoken communication. These are best suited for small, low-risk jobs.
2. Written Fixed-Price Contract: Under a fixed-price contract, the handyman agrees to complete a specific scope of work for an agreed-upon total price. This type of contract provides clarity and cost certainty for the client and is commonly used for clearly defined projects such as installations or repairs.
3. Time and Materials Contract: Under a time and materials contract, the client agrees to compensate the handyman based on the actual hours worked. The cost of materials is paid upfront by the client to All Seasons Handyman Services, which will then procure the materials as specified in the contract. If additional materials are required during the course of the project, the client will be invoiced for those materials and is expected to remit payment promptly so that All Seasons Handyman Services may obtain them. This type of contract is appropriate when the scope of work is uncertain or subject to change during the project.
4. Hourly Rate Agreement: An hourly rate agreement specifies the hourly labor rate charged by the All Seasons Handyman Services, often with an estimate of total hours. This method is commonly used for maintenance, troubleshooting, or minor repairs where job duration cannot be accurately predicted.
7. Work Orders or Job Tickets: A work order or job ticket is a short-form written contract with All Seasons Handyman Services used for individual tasks. It typically includes a description of the work to be performed, pricing details, and client authorization, and is commonly used for repeat jobs or commercial clients.
8. Subcontractor Agreement: All Seasons Handyman Services may enter into an agreement as a subcontractor for a general contractor or property manager. Under this arrangement, All Seasons Handyman Services agrees to perform specific tasks and comply with the payment terms established in the contract issued by the primary contractor.
All Seasons Handyman Services charges fees based on the type of services provided, the scope of work, and the terms outlined in the applicable contract or agreement. Fees may be structured as a fixed price, hourly rate, time and materials, or pursuant to a service or maintenance agreement.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be specified in the contract, work order, or invoice issued to the client. Payment may be due upon completion of services, at designated project milestones, or in advance, depending on the nature of the work. Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
Deposits and Advance Payments: Certain projects may require a deposit or advance payment prior to the commencement of work. Deposits are typically applied toward the total cost of the project. Materials may require full payment in advance before procurement.
Materials and Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for the cost of all materials required to complete the work. If additional materials or services are required beyond the original scope, the client will be notified and invoiced accordingly. Payment for additional costs may be required prior to proceeding with the work.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees, interest charges, or administrative fees as permitted by law. Continued non-payment may result in collection efforts or termination of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees: Fees may apply for cancellations or rescheduling made without sufficient notice. The applicable notice period and any associated fees will be disclosed in advance.
Taxes and Permits: All applicable taxes, permit fees, or inspection costs required for the completion of the work are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
